God Sent Us Pets, But We Took Them For Granted

God sent us pets to remind us of unconditional love that human can never capable of.

Grieving of a pet can be hard.

Human can never love unconditionally. Every of our relationships are transactions. We repay kindness, we repay debt. We get revenge. We do good deeds for good deeds, and vice versa.

We can never love unconditionally because we have ego. That’s a part of being a human is. We have ego that keep us from loving too deep. We have ego that help us survives, as the only creature who have complex system of intelligence and emotions. Even saints and prophets have ego. They are just way better at taming it.

God sent us pet to remind us of a little bit of love that we can do. God sent us pet to remind us that we can, in fact, set aside our ego and start to love. But we, human, are strangers to unconditional love.

Even we have different answers to the question “what is love?” . That’s just another proof that we, humans, are aliens to pure, safe, unconditional love.

We took God’s love for granted. Allah Akbar. Praise to the God. He then sent us pets to never take His love for granted. But we did again. Until pets went back to God’s side.

And here we are now, standing alone among another human who are just incapable of unconditional love as we are.
